Terms & Policies

 

These terms and conditions govern the agreement between Really Travel and you, both as a user of our website located at www.reallytravel.me and as a purchaser of products and/or services offered to you on our website.

  1. You acknowledge that a non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required to secure your booking.

  2. You agree to pay the final balance 30 days prior to departure.

  3. Unless otherwise agreed, it is your responsibility to organise flights to / from Osaka (Kansai).
            *If traveling from and/or through Cairns, I suggest: Inbound: JQ15 / Outbound: JQ16

  4. You are solely responsible to properly investigate any travel specific visa requirements and ensure that all passports and other necessary travel documents are in place and valid. *Australian passport holders do not require a visa to travel to Japan. Other passport holders should arrange visas well in advance of departure, if required.

  5. You are responsible for purchasing travel insurance and submitting a copy of this to Really Travel before departure.

  6. You are responsible for advising Really Travel of any special dietary requirements at time of reservation.

  7. You acknowledge and agree that we will collect and store your personal information and maintain your privacy.

  8. You acknowledge that a tour will not go ahead without the minimum of 4 guests. In this case, you can choose an alternative date or receive your deposit back in full.

  9. You warrant that it is your responsibility to ensure that your information remains accurate and up to date, including any medical or dietary concerns.

  10. You acknowledge and agree that any of our website (including but not limited to the copying of images or other intellectual property on our website) will result in a breach by you of our terms and conditions.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

  1. You acknowledge and agree that from time to time factors outside both our control and the control of the Supplier (including but not limited to natural disasters, airline or other carrier delays etc.) may impact upon the successful deliverability of the tour to you by Really Travel, either in whole or part and that in such an event we will not be liable to you for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or exemplary loss or damage (“loss”) suffered or incurred by you whatsoever.

  2. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to purchase your own adequate travel insurance independently of this agreement and we will not be liable to you for any loss suffered or incurred by you whatsoever arising out of a failure by you to obtain adequate travel insurance.

  3. Except as expressly provided in this agreement and to the full extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you for any loss whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any act or omission by us relating to our obligations under this agreement, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability) or otherwise.

  4. Our liability to you in connection with this agreement (whether for negligence or otherwise) will not exceed the amount paid by you for the tour.

  5. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any and all loss suffered or incurred by you or by us as a result of your actions, conduct or breach of this agreement. 

Cancellation Policy

Travel insurance covers cancellation costs in most situations so you are strongly advised to take out insurance at the same time as you book your flights.

  • Full refund if the tour is cancelled by Really Travel.

  • Full refund (less $250 administration fee) if cancelled by passenger 60 days or more before the date of departure.

  • 50% refund if passenger cancels within 30 days of the date of departure.

  • 25% refund if passenger cancels within 7 days of the date of departure.
